Digital Marketing & Lead Generation:Develop and execute a full-funnel digital marketing strategy (Ai Agentive led, SEO/SEM, Social Media, Email Marketing) to build a robust sales pipeline.Own the lead generation function, using data-driven approaches to attract and convert our target audience of CXOs and procurement heads in the electronics manufacturing industry.Apply knowledge of agentive sales principles to create marketing assets that actively guide prospects through the buyer's journey.2. Brand Identity & Creative Execution:Own and evolve the brand identity across all touchpoints.Hands-on creation of compelling marketing collateral: sales decks, one-pagers, case studies, and video scripts.Conceptualize and produce high-quality explainer videos, product demos, and testimonial videos to simplify complex AI-driven value propositions.3. Website & User Experience (UX/UI):Take charge of our website as a brand extension. Work with developers to manage updates, optimize user flow, and ensure the UX/UI is intuitive and effective.4. Sales Enablement:Be the strategic partner to the sales team by providing them with the tools, content, and data they need to close deals faster.Develop targeted content for each stage of the sales cycle.4. Jain, IIMs, MDI, or similar, or are an exceptional graduate with a proven track record.Qualifications & ExperienceBachelor's degree required; MBA or specialized degree in Marketing/Mass Communication from a premier institute is a strong plus.6 to 10 years of proven, hands-on experience in a marketing role where you were directly responsible for deliverables likedigital campaigns, branding, and content creation.A strong portfolio is a must-have.
