ABOUT NUVERTOS NuvertOS is a health-tech SaaS company on a mission to digitize healthcare delivery across India. Our cloud-based platform transforms clinical and administrative workflows for healthcare organizations — from single-specialty clinics to large multi-specialty hospital chains. We’re building for a market where most healthcare operations still run on paper, spreadsheets, and disconnected systems. Our product suite includes next-generation hospital information systems (HIS) and pharmaceutical distribution platforms — serving 600+ healthcare providers with technology that directly impacts patient care and operational efficiency. NuvertOS is scaling rapidly with a presence in over 35 cities, bringing it all together: helping hospitals run more efficiently, clinicians focus on care, and patients get a better experience.THE ROLE We're looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead a critical product area at NuvertOS. You'll own the strategy and execution for a significant part of our platform, drive cross-functional alignment, and have a direct line to how healthcare organizations experience our product. This is not a /"take tickets and write specs/" role. You'll set the direction for your product area, influence company-level product strategy, mentor junior PMs, and be accountable for outcomes — not just output. You'll work closely with engineering leads, design, and leadership to make high-stakes decisions in a fast-moving environment.WHAT YOU'LL DO • Own and drive product strategy for your area. Define the vision, set the roadmap, and make the hard prioritization calls that balance user needs, business goals, and technical reality • Go deep on customer problems. Spend time with hospital administrators, CXOs, doctors, nurses, and operations teams. Build a strong point of view on where the product should go next • Identify and size new opportunities. Analyze usage data, market trends, and competitive dynamics to find high-leverage bets for platform expansion • Drive adoption, activation, and retention across different customer segments. You'll own the metrics and be accountable for moving them • Write crisp PRDs and drive execution. Work with engineering leads and design to ship high-quality product. Unblock the team, make trade-off calls, and keep delivery on track | Confidential• Influence product strategy beyond your area. Contribute to company-level product direction, bring a cross-functional perspective, and help shape how we think about the platform as a whole • Partner with sales, customer success, and implementation on go-to-market. Ensure what we build gets adopted and delivers value • Balance platform health with feature velocity. Make smart trade-offs between new capabilities, tech debt, and reliability — especially critical in healthcare where uptime matters • Stay sharp on the regulatory landscape. Understand how healthcare regulations and compliance requirements in India shape what we build and howWHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR • 5-8 years of product management experience in B2B SaaS, with at least one cycle of owning a product area end to end — from strategy through execution to measurable outcomes • Domain experience in healthcare or a similarly complex, regulated industry. You've built products for workflows where mistakes have real consequences. Healthcare is preferred, but fintech, insurance, logistics, or other operationally heavy domains count too • Strong technical fluency. You can hold your own in architecture discussions, understand API design, reason about data models, and collaborate with engineering as a peer • Proven ability to drive outcomes, not just ship features. You think in terms of adoption, retention, and business impact — not just PRDs and launches • Experience influencing without authority. You've aligned engineering, design, sales, and leadership around a shared direction, even when priorities conflict • Sharp analytical thinking. You're comfortable digging into data, running analyses, and using numbers to inform decisions — not just gut feel • Excellent written and verbal communication. You can write a clear strategy doc, present to leadership, and run a productive cross-functional meeting • MBA or Master's degree preferred, but skills, judgment, and track record matter most Great to Have • Deep familiarity with the Indian healthcare market: how hospitals operate, how procurement works, what digitization looks like on the ground • Experience mentoring or leading other PMs • Experience working in a scaling startup environment (Series A-C stage) • Comfort with product and project tools like Linear, Figma, Notion, or similarREPORTING & LOGISTICS • Reports to: CTO• Location: On-site, Noida • Experience: 5–8 years • Team: ProductHOW TO APPLY Send your resume and a short note on why this role excites you to . Tell us about a product you've built or shaped that you're proud of, and what you learned from it.
