Revenue & Funnel Ownership Own and delivermonthly MRR and closure targetsfor the team Drive conversion across funnel stages:Lead → Connect → Demo → Closure Improve key metrics:connect rate, demo conversion, win rate, revenue per rep Ensurefast TAT (for inbound lead response2. Team Leadership & Execution Lead dailystand-ups, pipeline reviews, and deal strategy discussions Actively support reps innegotiation and closure of high-value deals Monitor individual performance anddrive accountability through data Build ahigh-energy, target-driven team culture3. Forecasting & CRM Excellence Maintain accurateweekly and monthly revenue forecasts Ensure strongCRM hygiene (Zoho preferred)and pipeline visibility Track and optimizelead distribution and follow-up discipline4. Coaching & Capability Building Conductweekly role-plays, call reviews, and feedback sessions Identify performance gaps and implementstructured coaching plans Partner with L&D to improvesales scripts, objection handling, and demosProduct & Sales Context Category:AI-powered SaaS / Cloud Communication Platform Includes: WhatsApp API, Voice/IVR solutions, automation workflows Sales involvessolution selling, integrations, and API-based discussions (basic level)Who Should Apply 4–8 years of experience inB2B Inside Sales / SaaS Sales Minimum2 years of team handling experience with revenue ownership Proven track record of achievingmonthly revenue targets in inbound sales Experience managinghigh-velocity sales cycles (≤ 15 days) Strong working knowledge ofCRM tools (Zoho, Salesforce, HubSpot) Comfortable withdata, dashboards, and conversion metricsStrong Plus Experience inSaaS / Cloud Telephony / CPaaS / Communication Tech Exposure toAPI-based or integration-led sales conversations Experience scaling teams in ahigh-growth startup environmentNot a Fit Candidates primarily fromB2C, retail, insurance, or field sales backgrounds Experience limited toaccount management without closure ownership Exposure only tolong enterprise sales cycles (3–6 months+) Individual contributors withoutteam leadership experience
