The Site Executive will oversee day-to-day site activities, ensure project timelines are met, manage on-site teams, and coordinate with designers and vendors. Responsibilities include ensuring quality control, addressing client concerns, and maintaining project documentation. The role demands a proactive approach to problem-solving and a keen eye for detail to guarantee successful project delivery.Key RequirementsSupervise day-to-day interior site work and ensure smooth project execution.Proficiency in Interior Design & Layout drawing reading & understandingsDegree or certification in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field is beneficialCoordinate with designers, contractors, and vendors for timely completion of work.Ensure all work is executed as per approved drawings and design specifications.Monitor project timelines and maintain progress according to schedule.Check quality of workmanship and finishing standards at site.Manage site labour including carpenters, electricians, painters, and other workers.Track and coordinate material deliveries and site inventory.Identify and resolve on-site issues in coordination with the design team.Maintain regular site updates and progress reports.Customer Service skills to address client needs and concernsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsStrong organizational and time management abilities
