With deep domain knowledge of the aviation ecosystem, we offer end-to-end ground handling services such as passenger and baggage handling, ramp handling, aircraft interior cleaning, load control and flight operations, and cargo handling services for general, perishable, transshipment, express courier and special cargo.About the Role : ASSISTANT MANAGER - TECHNOLOGY.** This role is based in AISATS Noida Cargo Terminal Private Limited (ANCTPL) which is a 100% subsidiary of AISATS.Responsibilities :Preparing & maintaining servers, network documentation & procedures, addressing performance bottlenecks & ensuring maximum network uptime. Installing, administration & maintaining various software and hardware devices in networked environment. Taking regular backup of server/database information & planning efficient storage, also monitoring and use of network management tools, server tools & advanced trouble shooting skills in OS related issues. Troubleshooting problems pertaining to the server administration, application conflicts and system bugs. Addressing queries regarding the information system/software & extending support to the clients, also maintaining directory including security domains, user profiles & other resources on the network. Assessing IT requirements of the organization in terms of software, hardware, and other peripherals/products. Monitoring overall functioning of processes, identifying improvement areas and implementing adequate measures to maximize client satisfaction level. Analyzing business needs and spearheading initiatives regarding establishment of IT infrastructure including hardware & software. Conducting periodic checks and acceptance tests to ensure performance of various equipment. Providing information technology support for an organization’s computer systems, including hardware and software troubleshooting and repair. Working with management to create a strategic plan for using new technologies to improve operations within the organization. Responsible and accountable for overall quality, safety and security of operations. You will be responsible and accountable to make necessary operational decisions related to safety and security matters at all times whilst on duty.Qualifications : A bachelor's or master’s degree in IT, or a university degree, would be preferred.Required Skills : Good communication (fluency in writing and speaking English). Individuals with high energy levels. A problem-solving and analytical mindset.
