Job Title: Sales Associate – Solar IndustryLocation: Pan India | Remote/Office Employment Type: Full-time Experience Level: 2–4 YearsAbout the Company:DDE UHP is a pioneering provider of ultra-high purity process utility systems serving the semiconductor, PV Solar, and other high-tech industries. With a strong legacy in turnkey solutions, we specialize in designing, manufacturing, and installing complex utility systems.We are looking for a dynamic and driven Sales Associate to support business growth in the Solar segment by generating inquiries, building client relationships, and contributing to revenue expansion in mission-critical projects.Key Responsibilities:• Handle Inquiry Generation and Management from Solar industry clients• Identify and develop new business opportunities in the Solar segment• Build and maintain strong client relationships with EPCs, manufacturers, and stakeholders• Coordinate with internal Design, Projects, and Technical Teams for proposal development• Share and Follow-up Quotations & Proposals with clients• Track leads and maintain a healthy sales pipeline through CRM/tools• Conduct Market Research to understand competitor activities and industry trends• Support senior team members in closing deals and achieving sales targets• Participate in Client meetings, Presentations, and Negotiations• Manage inquiries, vendor registrations, and timely follow-ups to drive sales conversions.• Develop new business opportunities and support client relationships to achieve targets.Qualifications & Skills:• Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Mechanical/Chemical) and/or MBA in Sales/Marketing• 2–4 years of experience in sales (preferably in Solar / EPC)• Exposure to Solar industry or related sectors is mandatory/preferred• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills• Basic understanding of technical products/systems• Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM toolsPreferred Industry Background: • Solar EPC companies• Solar module / Cell manufacturers• Semiconductor / Cleanroom / UHP system companies• Industrial Gas / Chemical / Process system companiesNote: Pan India – flexibility to travel as per business requirements
