The Service Engineer will be responsible for technical support, troubleshooting system issues, performing maintenance and repair tasks, and delivering field services to ensure optimal equipment performance. The role involves direct interaction with customers to address their technical inquiries and resolve issues promptly. Documentation and reporting of service activities are also key responsibilities. QualificationsAbility to perform Troubleshooting and Maintenance & Repair tasks efficiently Proficiency in Field Service operations Strong Communication skills to liaise with customers and team members effectively Experience in providing Technical Support to address and resolve system issues Proactive problem-solving skills with attention to detail Technical certification or degree in a relevant field such as Mechanical, Electrical, or Electronics Engineering Work experience in renewable energy or industrial sectors is desirable
