Key Responsibilities:1. Procurement & Vendor Management Hardware & Swag:Manage procurement of laptops, networking gear, and event-specific merchandise for hackathons and bootcamps. Vendor Relations:Negotiate contracts and maintain relationships with vendors, service providers, and office suppliers. Cost Optimization:Monitor procurement budgets and identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality.2. IT Administration & Asset Management Onboarding/Offboarding:Manage the IT setup for new joiners (laptop provisioning, access management, software credentials). Software Stack:Manage licenses, subscriptions (SaaS tools), and ensure internal security protocols are followed. L1 Tech Support:Act as the first point of contact for internal hardware issues, minor network troubleshooting, and basic IT maintenance.3. Office & Event Administration Facility Management:Oversee day-to-day office operations, ensuring a smooth, productive environment. Event Logistics Support:Assist with the logistical side of offline hackathons or bootcamps (e.g., coordinating courier shipments for tech hardware, event kit management).
