Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for an IVF Counselor located in the Greater Srinagar Area. The IVF Counselor will assist patients in navigating their fertility journey by providing guidance, emotional support, and information about available treatments. Key responsibilities include conducting patient consultations, creating personalized plans, coordinating with medical teams, maintaining accurate records, conducting follow-ups, and ensuring a supportive and empathetic environment for patients at the clinic. Qualifications Educational qualifications such as BHMS, BAMS, BUMS, or BDS, with a strong foundation in medical sciences. Proficiency in patient counseling, active listening, and providing emotional support. Strong organizational skills for scheduling appointments and managing patient records efficiently. Excellent verbal communication skills to effectively explain treatment plans and address patient queries. Ability to work collaboratively with interdisciplinary medical teams and adaptability to clinic workflows. Basic proficiency in using patient management software and understanding clinical workflows is beneficial. Previous experience in infertility counseling or within the healthcare field is an advantage.
