Job Description

We are seeking a Senior Sales & Marketing Manager to drive B2B growth through lead generation and account management. The role focuses on customer acquisition and digital marketing within the Oil & Gas/ Offshore/ Marine sectors. Candidates must have a strong background in industrial engineering service environments. Key Responsibilities Generate and qualify international and domestic B2B leads to acquire new customers. Conduct sales calls, meetings, and presentations to convert prospects into long-term accounts. Visit clients regularly to understand requirements, build trust, and achieve revenue targets. Manage key accounts as the primary point of contact to ensure high customer satisfaction Execute B2B marketing strategies, including LinkedIn campaigns, email marketing, and lead generation. Track sales and marketing performance metrics to optimize growth campaigns. Represent the company at trade shows, job fairs, and industry events for brand promotion. Monitor Oil & Gas/ Offshore/ Marine market trends to identify new opportunities. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely service fulfilment and delivery. Build and maintain strategic relationships with industry stakeholders and partners. Requirements BTech in a related discipline or Bachelor’s in Business Administration; MBA preferred. Minimum 5+ years of mandatory experience in Sales/Marketing/Business Development within the Oil & Gas/ Offshore/ Marine sectors. Proven track record in acquiring and managing B2B clients within technical and engineering environments. Preferred experience dealing with EPC contractors, shipyards, refineries, or industrial clients. Strong understanding of engineering services, project lifecycles, and industrial business practices. Familiarity with digital marketing tools and online lead generation. Demonstrated success in lead generation, sales acquisition, customer engagement, and account management. Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Willingness to travel domestically for customer visits and business development activities. Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently to meet goals.
