Location: Mumbai We are hiring for Manager / Senior Manager – Operations for our PCO (Conferences) Business. The person will be responsible to Leads end-to-end planning and execution of medical conferences, ensuring delivery within budget, timelines, and compliance while driving client satisfaction and operational excellence.Supports the Director–PCO in project management, overseeing teams, resources, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality, compliant events across national and international platforms. Job Description:Assist the Director - PCO in all areas of Project ManagementResponsible for efficient planning, organizing & control - the complete stages of operations from the time of handing over of a conference by the sales team till its executionManage end-to-end planning & execution of medical conferences, ensuring timely delivery within budget.Independently manage designated projects in line with company policy, pharma/non-pharma code compliance, budget and client objectives with the team.Establishment of projects financial budget, timelines and maintaining adherence to guidelines and objectives. Ensure work is within a pre-scheduled budget and is completed expeditiously with accuracy and exceptional qualityWork closely with the Designing, Creative & Marketing teams to develop the branding and visibility for the project in conjunction with the Associate Director Client Servicing/ OperationsActively engage with the client in monitoring client satisfaction to maintain the health of the projectAllocate staff and resources to meet objectives and investigate and implement ways to improve the efficiency of a service or operationManage supplier relationships to manage cost and identify opportunities to increase the gross margin for each projectMonitor and maintain quality and adherence to processes, identifying and contributing to their improvement. Manage check-lists and procedures as part of a constant evolution towards excellenceCreate a good team spirit by motivating staff and encouraging cooperation between team membersMake decisions after thorough evaluation and forge a course of action in conjunction with goals and objectives of the client and MCIFollow-up with team to expedite work completion and ensure it adheres to pre specified budget and specification Required Profile:Relevant industry experience of 8+ yrs into executing national and international conferences for PCO divisionStrong connects in healthcare industry and medical associations would be a big plusLeadership acumen to direct and support team as and when neededKeen on keeping oneself updated on developments and changes within the industry and analyzing competitor’s benefits.Exceptional interpersonal & networking skillsOpen for Extensive travel on PAN India & InternationalExperience in executing virtual conferences is a value add.
