About the Company leading NBFCDesignation: SVP – SalesDomain: Supply Chain Finance – Co-LendingLocations: MumbaiAbout the RoleThe role involves driving sales, business development, and strategic growth of Supply Chain Finance solutions with a strong focus on co-lending structures. The incumbent will be responsible for deal origination, anchor acquisition, portfolio growth, and partnership management with financial institutions.ResponsibilitiesBusiness Development & SalesDrive acquisition of large and mid-sized corporate anchor clients for Supply Chain Finance solutions.Originate and close structured financing deals including Vendor Financing, Dealer Financing, Invoice Financing, and Deep Tier Financing.Expand the supply chain ecosystem by onboarding suppliers and distributors to grow the loan book.Achieve revenue, disbursement, and portfolio growth targets.Co-Lending & Partnership ManagementStructure and execute co-lending arrangements in partnership with banks and non-banking financial institutions.Manage relationships with partner institutions to ensure seamless execution and portfolio scaling.Align co-lending programs with regulatory and operational requirements.Deal Structuring & ExecutionLead end-to-end transaction lifecycle including client pitching, term sheet discussions, credit coordination, sanction, and disbursement.Work closely with internal credit, legal, compliance, and operations teams to ensure smooth processing and timely closures.Product & Market StrategyProvide market feedback to support enhancement of Loan Management Systems and Loan Origination Systems.Identify new business opportunities within the Supply Chain Finance and trade finance ecosystem.Portfolio ManagementMonitor portfolio performance, renewals, and limit enhancements.Maintain portfolio hygiene and ensure adherence to risk and compliance standards.QualificationsExperience: 12–15 years of experience in Supply Chain Finance sales, structured trade finance, or co-lending within financial services, banking, or non-banking financial institutions.Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Commerce, or related discipline. Master of Business Administration preferred.Required SkillsTechnical Expertise:Strong understanding of Supply Chain Finance products and co-lending frameworks.Experience in structured deal execution and credit discussions.Familiarity with digital trade finance and lending platforms.Core Competencies:Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills.Established relationships with corporate clients and financial institutions.Ability to operate independently in a target-driven environment.Leadership mindset with strong stakeholder management capabilities.
