Mergers & AcquisitionsIdentify and evaluate acquisition, JV, and partnership opportunities in the renewable energy sectorDevelop detailed financial models Lead and coordinate due diligence (financial, commercial, legal, technical) with internal and external stakeholdersSupport deal structuring, negotiations, documentation, and closure2. Strategy & Growth InitiativesSupport leadership in corporate strategy, expansion planning, and market entry decisionsConduct industry analysis, competitor benchmarking, and policy trackingDevelop strategic business cases and investment proposals3. Financial & Commercial EvaluationEvaluate project viability and returns for emerging energy assetsAnalyze regulatory frameworks, tariffs, and state/central policies impacting business decisionsTrack performance of acquired/ongoing assets and provide actionable insights4.
