This role combines design sensibility, sourcing expertise, merchandising, and business performance management.This is not a conventional store manager role — we are looking for someone who can drive revenue, curate collections, and build a high-performing retail experience.Key Responsibilities1. Product Curation & DesignCurate product collections aligned with customer preferences and brand identityProvide design inputs (colors, embroidery, silhouettes, trends)Continuously refine assortment based on sales performance2. Sourcing & Vendor DevelopmentTravel across India to source unique fabrics, sarees, and garmentsBuild and manage vendor relationshipsEnsure quality, pricing, and differentiation3. Inventory Planning & ManagementTrack fast-moving and slow-moving SKUsEnsure timely replenishment of bestsellersPlan stock rotation and minimize dead inventory4. Visual MerchandisingExecute impactful in-store displays and storytellingOptimize product placement to improve conversionsRefresh store layout regularly to enhance customer experience5.
