Most developers can't reach them — no payment plan structured for overseas buyers, no broker network in Dubai or Mumbai, no one who knows how to move ₹5 Cr+ properties to HNIs who've never visited the plot.We're building that distribution layer at NOMA and we need one senior person to run it.This role is part of the setup of Manzil's PE practice in India.NOMA is a new second-home development platform under Manzil's PE practice — focused on managed residential development in Goa. JV land model. LP equity funds development. Hireavilla operates completed homes.Phase 1 of this role is to sell external developer mandates — building the broker network, testing the payment plan model, and generating revenue from day one. The goal is deliberate: by the time NOMA launches its own inventory, you will have a live, active distribution network already in place. That network is what makes NOMA stock easier to sell, faster to move, and credible with buyers from day one of launch.We are building the sales infrastructure from zero.
