M&A and corporate developmentDevelop and refine the RCM inorganic growth strategy across specialties (physician groups, post-acute, etc.), including market mapping, priority segments, and target lists.Lead end‑to‑end deal lifecycle: sourcing, initial outreach, valuation, business case, due diligence coordination (commercial, financial, operational, legal), and deal structuring.Partner with finance and operations to build detailed models for revenue, EBITDA, synergy realization, integration cost, and timing of value capture.Own investment memos and presentations for the Board, PE sponsors, lenders, and other capital providers.Drive post‑merger integration themes in concert with functional leadersB. Investor relations and fundraisingBuild an investor‑grade narrative around the company’s RCM platform, differentiation, growth thesis, and unit economics.Support debt and equity raises: information requests, management presentations, data room preparation, and Q&A.C. IPO readiness and public‑company preparationDefine the IPO readiness roadmap in partnership with CEO, CFO, and external advisors (bankers, legal counsel, auditors).Help shape the equity story, valuation framework, and key disclosures for draft offer documents, analyst education, and roadshows.D. Business development and strategic partnershipsOriginate and structure strategic partnerships and JVs that expand our technology capabilities, geographic reach, or specialty depth. Support key enterprise‑level pursuits: proposal strategy, executive‑level relationship building, commercial terms, and governance structures.
