The role requires strong leadership, recruitment expertise, and experience in college coordination and corporate partnerships.Key Responsibilities:Manage complete HR functions including hiring, onboarding, and retentionCoordinate placements, interviews, and follow-ups with companiesPlan and conduct seminars, workshops, and college outreach programsHandle attendance, leave management, and payroll coordinationResolve employee concerns and ensure a positive work environmentLead and guide the HR and placement teamImplement HR policies and ensure compliance with regulationsRequirements:3–5 years of HR experience (IT/EdTech preferred)Strong team management and leadership skillsKnowledge of HR operations, compliance, and placementsExcellent communication and multitasking abilityEligibility & Benefits:MBA or relevant qualification preferredMumbai-based candidates onlyGrowth-oriented and dynamic work environment
