We are seeking a Content Writer Apprentice (B2B/B2C) to create high-quality content for property management firms, stakeholders in student housing, and property listings targeted at students.This position is perfect for a creative and detail-oriented writer with 0-1 years of experience in content writing and B2B marketing. The successful candidate will generate engaging content across various formats, including blogs, newsletters, case studies, video scripts, and social media posts.Key Responsibilities:● Conduct research, write, and edit B2B content such as blogs, case studies, newsletters, LinkedIn posts, reports, webinars, and video scripts.● Develop and oversee B2C content for property listings and marketing materials, including YouTube video scripts and promotional offers.● Ensure consistency in written content while adhering to brand guidelines and positioning.● Work collaboratively with internal teams, interpret content briefs to extract insights, and convert them into engaging narratives.● Track daily tasks using Google Sheets and ensure timely content delivery.● Participate in brainstorming, content creation, and execution of marketing campaigns in collaboration with inventory, KAM, design, and marketing teams.● Perform content edits and audits.Must-Have Skills:● Strong understanding of B2B and B2C content writing across various formats, including blogs and email marketing.● Ability to identify business highlights, stay informed about industry trends, and show interest in analyzing business reports and financial statements.● Excellent written and verbal communication skills.● A creative and enthusiastic mindset with a keen attention to detail.● Capability to manage multiple projects independently and meet deadlines.● Basic knowledge of the student housing sector is advantageous.● Design sensibility and ability to understand briefs for cross-team projects.● Candidates with a master's degree, a background in economics, and/or a strong interest in writing will have an added advantage.Must-Know Tools:● Proficiency in Google Sheets/Excel for maintaining trackers and performing analytical tasks.● An analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data.● Familiarity with Notion is required.● Basic knowledge of Content Management Systems like Webflow is a plus.
