Job Title: Interior ManagerCompany: URC Construction Pvt LtdLocation: Ranchi, JharkhandExperience: 10–12 YearsJob Summary:URC Construction is looking for an experienced Interior Manager to lead and oversee interior and finishing works for large-scale construction projects. The candidate will be responsible for managing execution, ensuring quality standards, coordinating with stakeholders, and delivering projects within timelines and budgets.Key Responsibilities:Lead end-to-end execution of interior and finishing works at siteCoordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and clientsReview interior drawings, BOQs, and specifications for accuracy and feasibilityPlan and monitor site activities to ensure timely project deliveryEnsure quality control and adherence to design standardsManage subcontractors, vendors, and material procurementConduct regular site inspections and progress reviewsResolve site-related issues and ensure smooth workflowEnsure compliance with safety standards and company policiesPrepare progress reports and update management on project statusKey Skills Required:Strong knowledge of interior materials, finishes, and execution techniquesExperience in handling large-scale projects (commercial/hospital preferred)Excellent project management and coordination skillsAbility to read and interpret drawings and technical specificationsStrong leadership and team management abilitiesGood communication and stakeholder management skillsQualifications:Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Civil Engineering / Interior Design / ArchitectureRelevant certifications in project management are an added advantagePreferred Experience:Experience in hospital / institutional / large commercial projectsExposure to high-value or fast-track construction projects
