Ltd., featuring banquet halls, lawns, poolside dining, and guest rooms.The Role: Guest Experience Executive – Operations & SalesThis role is designed for a versatile, hands-on professional. Your mornings will be operational — supervising housekeeping across the resort. Your afternoons and evenings will be guest-facing — responding to inquiries and converting leads for room bookings, dining, and events.Housekeeping Function• Supervise daily housekeeping operations across rooms and event venues• Conduct room and setup inspections before guest arrival• Manage linen, amenity, and cleaning inventory• Train and manage housekeeping team membersSales & Inquiry Function• Handle inbound inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, Zomato, EazyDiner, and Instagram• Present packages and convert inquiries into confirmed bookings• Follow up on warm leads and maintain a booking conversion logIdeal Profile• 2–4 years in hotel/resort housekeeping or guest relations• Confident communicator in Hindi and English• Self-driven, organized, and comfortable in a multi-function roleWhat We Offer• Competitive salary• Broad exposure across operations and sales• Growth within a growing hospitality group
