Job descriptionRole SummaryDrive first-stage customer engagement and lead qualification for Keerthi Estates’ premium villa portfolio (₹6 Cr+).This is a high-touch, consultative pre-sales role focused on engaging high-net-worth individuals, understanding lifestyle and investment needs, and ensuring seamless handoffs to the field sales team.Key Responsibilities1. Lead Qualification & NurturingHandle inbound inquiries from digital campaigns, portals, and referralsExecute structured telecalling across warm and cold databasesQualify prospects based on budget, timeline, location preference, and intentBuild detailed customer profiles and map buying journeys2. Consultative Customer EngagementPosition villa projects as premium lifestyle and long-term investment opportunitiesUnderstand customer requirements including family needs, amenities, location, and usage (end-use vs investment)Communicate project details with clarity: specifications, amenities, pricing, and payment structuresAddress queries with sophistication aligned to HNI expectations3. Appointment Setting & Sales HandoffsSchedule site visits and meetings for qualified prospectsCoordinate closely with the field sales team for smooth transitionsShare comprehensive customer briefs to maximize site-visit conversionsFollow up post-visit to maintain engagement continuity4.
