We don't just provide therapy; we build clinical ecosystems.The RoleAs the Lead Psychologist at OP Jindal Global University, you will lead end-to-end clinical delivery. This role is a blend of high-level system design, clinical supervision, and stakeholder management within a high-performance academic environment.What You Will DoClinical Leadership: Supervise 24/7 care delivery (drop-in to crisis response) and ensure clinical excellence across a multidisciplinary team.System Innovation: Act as the clinical lead for Sukoon’s tech product, using data insights to design protocols for stepped care.Outcome Management: Track clinical outcomes (anxiety, resilience, etc.) and co-author reports for university leadership and scientific publications.Team Mentorship: Serve as the clinical anchor for junior psychologists and interns, conducting weekly supervision and case conferences.Campus Integration: Partner with faculty and student bodies to embed mental health into the fabric of university life.Stakeholder Liaison: Act as the primary clinical point of contact for university leadership, security, and student welfare teams.Eligibility & BenefitsM.Phil in Clinical Psychology (RCI recognized) with a valid license.10+ years of clinical experience, ideally in hospitals or structured institutional settings.Proven track record in team leadership and supervising multidisciplinary clinicians.Accommodation: As this is an on-site, residential role, accommodation will be provided.
