This role will be responsible for building a predictable, profitable growth engine across acquisition, conversion, and retention.This is a high-ownership role with a clear path to evolve into a Head of Growth position as the business scales.What You’ll Own1. Revenue & Growth StrategyOwn end-to-end D2C website revenueBuild and drive channel-wise growth plans across performance marketing, organic, and partnershipsIdentify and scale key growth levers: traffic, CVR, AOV, and repeat rate2. Funnel & Conversion OptimizationAnalyze the end-to-end customer journey and identify drop-offsPartner with product and design teams to improve UX, merchandising, and conversion ratesRun experiments to continuously improve funnel performance3. AcquisitionDrive efficient new user growth aligned with profitability goalsMonitor channel performance and optimize CAC across platformsScale high-performing product funnels and campaigns4. Retention & Customer ValueImprove repeat purchase rate and LTV through CRM and lifecycle marketingDesign and execute strategies around offers, bundling, and loyalty programsWork closely with retention and marketing teams to drive engagement5. Planning & ForecastingBuild monthly and quarterly revenue plansTrack performance vs targets and proactively identify gapsDrive data-backed decision-making across the growth funnel6. Unit Economics & P&LOwn D2C channel profitabilityTrack and optimize key metrics: GM, CM1, CM2, CAC, and LTVEvaluate the impact of pricing, discounting, and promotions on marginsWhat We’re Looking ForStrong first-principles thinker with a structured approach to problem-solvingDeep understanding of D2C growth levers across acquisition, conversion, and retentionComfortable working with funnel data, cohorts, and revenue modelsAbility to balance aggressive growth with strong unit economicsHigh ownership mindset with the ability to operate in a fast-paced environmentIdeal Background3–5 years of experience in D2C, consumer internet, or e-commerce growth rolesExperience owning revenue targets and/or P&LStrong analytical skills with hands-on experience in Excel or data tools Apply now at
