Job ResponsibilitiesLead end-to-end implementation of Infor LN Logistics modules including Sales and Procurement, Warehousing and Inventory Control, Production Planning and Scheduling.Configure Logistics modules to meet specific client requirements while adhering to best practicesConduct detailed requirements gathering sessions with client stakeholders to understand business processes requirements and pain pointsPerform fit-gap analysis between current state processes and Infor LN capabilitiesDesign future state processes that leverage system capabilities and drive operational efficiency, leverage standard Infor Process Catalogue (IPC) business process to drive fit-to-standard Infor LN capabilitiesCreate comprehensive functional specifications, process flows, and configuration documentationPresent solution designs and recommendations to client leadership teamsDesign and oversee integrations between Infor LN Logistics modules and other enterprise systems, such as CRM, WMS, MES systemsSupport data conversion activities including mapping, cleansing, validation, and loading of dataWork with technical teams to develop custom reports, interfaces, and extensions as neededParticipate in project planning, estimation, and resource allocation activitiesManage project workstreams and deliverables within established timelines and budgetsCommunicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders and leadershipMentor junior consultants and contribute to knowledge sharing initiativesQualifications, Knowledge, Skills and AbilitiesEducation:Bachelor’s degree in an Engineering field, Business Administration, Information Systems, or related fieldStrong verbal and written comprehension skills in English Required Experience and Skills:Minimum 5-9 years of hands-on experience implementing and supporting Infor LN Finance modulesDemonstrated experience with at least 3 full lifecycle Infor LN implementations at manufacturing companiesExpert knowledge of Infor LN Logistics modules (versions 10.7 or higher), including but not limited to Sales, Procurement, Warehousing and Planning.Strong understanding of sales, procurement and warehousing business processes including Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, Plan-to-Make/DeliverUnderstanding of enterprise resource planning (ERP) conceptsFamiliarity with business processes (finance, HR, etc.)General IT literacy (networking, databases, cloud concepts)Experience with scripting languages (JavaScript, Python, and similar)Knowledge of web technologies (HTML, CSS, XML, JSON)Basic SQL knowledge (querying, data manipulation)Understanding of relational databases (SQL Server, Oracle, etc.)Familiarity with REST/SOAP APIsExperience with middleware or integration platforms (e.g., MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, and similar)Understanding of data mapping and transformationAbility to work across tight timelines.Able to collaborate at least 3 hours a day in Eastern Standard Time. Preferred QualificationsInfor Certification: LN Cloud Logistics ConsultantAPICS CPIM or CSCP certification preferredKnowledge of Lean Six Sigma methodologyExperience with Agile/Scrum implementation methodologiesExperience in specific industries such as Industrial Manufacturing, Aerospace & Defense, Automotive.
