The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in 2D drafting tools, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects while supporting junior draftsmen.Key Responsibilities • Prepare detailed 2D drawings, layouts, and plans using CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD). • Interpret and convert design concepts, sketches, and specifications into technical drawings. • Review and verify drawings to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with standards. • Coordinate with engineers, architects, and project teams for updates and revisions. • Maintain proper documentation and version control of all drawings. • Ensure adherence to industry standards, codes, and company guidelines. • Conduct quality checks and resolve drafting issues. • Support project execution by providing timely updates and revisions. • Mentor and guide junior draftsmen and trainees. • Assist in preparing BOQs (Bill of Quantities) if required. QualificationsDiploma or Bachelor’s degree in Civil / Mechanical / Architecture or related field.3–5 years of experience in 2D drafting. Proficiency in AutoCAD or equivalent CAD software.
