Job Objective and Overview The Sub Section Head Technical (Process & C&S) is responsible for supporting technical operations related to process engineering and civil & structural (C&S) activities within the plant. The role focuses on ensuring efficient execution of projects, process optimization, and coordination of technical aspects during plant setup and operations, especially in greenfield environments. Role: Sub Section Head Technical (Process & C&S) Industry: Textile / Manufacturing Department: Technical / Engineering Employment Type: Full Time, PermanentResponsibilities: Process Engineering Support process design, implementation, and optimization across production units. Monitor process performance and recommend improvements for efficiency and quality. Ensure adherence to production standards and technical specifications. Civil & Structural (C&S) Coordination Oversee civil and structural works related to plant setup and expansion. Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and internal teams for project execution. Ensure quality and compliance in all C&S activities.Greenfield Project Execution Support execution of textile greenfield projects from planning to commissioning. Assist in layout planning, equipment installation, and infrastructure development. Ensure adherence to project timelines, cost, and quality standards. Technical Support & Coordination Work closely with utilities, production, and maintenance teams for seamless operations. Provide technical support for troubleshooting and process improvements. Compliance & Safety Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and statutory regulations. Promote safe working practices across all technical activities. Systems & Process Improvement Drive continuous improvement initiatives in process and engineering systems. Support implementation of best practices and standard operating procedures Skills/Requirements: o 710 years of experience in Technical / Process / C&S roles. o Experience in Textile Industry is preferred. o Experience in textile greenfield projects is highly preferred. o Candidates from Manufacturing Industries can also be considered. o Strong knowledge of process engineering and civil & structural works. o Good project coordination and execution skills. o Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities. o Effective communication and team coordination skills. o Education: Bachelor's degree in mechanical / civil engineering or related field.
