The intern will be responsible for supporting manufacturing operations, optimizing production processes, and assisting in quality assessments. Key responsibilities include collaborating with the engineering team, participating in the design and implementation of manufacturing systems, and ensuring adherence to quality and safety standards. Additionally, the role involves documenting processes and contributing to training sessions for operational improvements.QualificationsProficiency in Manufacturing Engineering, Manufacturing Operations, and related technical areasKnowledge and hands-on experience in manufacturing processes and systemsStrong communication skills for effective documentation and team collaborationExperience in providing training or guidance within a manufacturing or technical environmentBasic understanding of Lean Manufacturing principles and problem-solving methodologiesEnthusiastic, eager to learn, and ability to adapt to a dynamic working environmentPursuing or recently completed a degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related fieldPrior internship or project experience in manufacturing is a plus
