The successful candidate will work as a peer-level team member, owning operational excellence and partnering closely with Account Management, Advertising and Sales teams globally.About the RoleAs an eComm Account Consultant, you will be responsible for onboarding and setting up client accounts followed by the day‑to‑day management of Amazon operational health dashboard, account and product compliance and defect resolution across global marketplaces.This is a hands‑on role requiring strong experience with Amazon systems, particularly Vendor Central and Seller Central, and confidence working within Amazon’s compliance and operational performance frameworks.Key responsibilities include:Investigating, managing and resolving Amazon Brand Registry, Seller Performance and compliance-related defectsProactively auditing account and brand configurations to identify risks, errors or non‑complianceMonitoring and resolving order, inventory and operational defects across global marketplacesHandling Amazon compliance requests, escalations and performance notificationsEnsuring best-practice execution of all operational tasks in line with internal SLAsMonitoring critical communications from Amazon and routing them to the appropriate internal teamsSupporting the setup and refinement of processes and workflows as platform requirements evolveAssisting clients with Amazon Vendor Central, Seller Central and Brand Registry onboardingCreating and maintaining internal operational and compliance reportingManaging account access, contact options and system configurations for internal teamsSupporting the transition of relevant operational tasks from other departments where requiredContributing to ongoing improvements in operational and compliance processes across the businessWho You AreThis role is ideal for someone who is calm under pressure, detail‑driven and confident navigating Amazon’s operational and compliance environments.Essential experience:Proven hands‑on experience with Amazon Vendor Central (required)Strong working knowledge of Amazon Seller Central and Brand RegistryExperience managing Amazon compliance cases via Contact UsExcellent written and spoken EnglishStrong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities across regionsA proactive, solutions‑focused mindsetNice to have:Broader compliance or operational experience outside of Amazon preferably in ecommerce spaceExperience supporting multiple international marketplacesPrevious work in an agency or multi‑client environmentRole DetailsJob type: Contract (full-time preferred, 40 hours per week)Location: Remote / flexible within IndiaStart date: 1 June 2026 or ASAPReporting line: Operations/Abu BakkarWhat We OfferCompetitive contract compensationA key role within a growing global eCommerce Account Operations teamExposure to major international brands and marketplacesOpportunities to deepen expertise in Amazon operations and compliance
