Join us in building enterprise-grade conversational AI solutions that leverage Google Dialogflow CX and Large Language Models to transform digital interactions at scale.Your RoleAs a Conversational AI / Dialogflow CX Developer, you will design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade chatbots using Google Dialogflow CX and LLM-based architectures. You will collaborate closely with product, UX, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into intelligent, scalable, and secure conversational experiences hosted on Google Cloud Platform.In this role, you will:Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade chatbots using Google Dialogflow CX.Build multi-turn, stateful conversations with complex flows, routes, intents, parameters, and context management.Implement LLM-powered chatbot solutions, including:-Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)-Prompt engineering and response orchestration-Hybrid NLU approaches combining Dialogflow CX with LLMsDevelop and maintain backend services and integrations using Python and/or Node.js.Integrate chatbots with: -REST APIs -Databases -CRM / ERP systems -Cloud servicesOptimize chatbot performance for accuracy, scalability, and user experience.Implement logging, monitoring, analytics, and debugging to measure and improve conversational performance.Apply best practices for security, scalability, reliability, and maintainability.Support deployment, hosting, and operations on Google Cloud Platform (GCP).Your Profile4 – 16 years of total experience in Conversational AI, chatbot development, or related fields.Strong hands-on experience with Google Dialogflow CX (mandatory).Experience implementing LLM-based conversational solutions and hybrid NLU architectures.Proficiency in Python and/or Node.js for backend development.Hands-on experience with RESTful APIs, database integration, and enterprise system integrations.Strong understanding of conversation design, dialogue management, and UX principles.Experience with GCP services, deployment, and cloud-native architectures.Familiarity with logging, monitoring, and analytics tools for chatbot performance tracking.Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.Experience working in Agile/Scrum delivery models.What you’ll love about working hereYou can shape your career with us through multiple growth paths and internal opportunities across Capgemini.You’ll receive comprehensive wellness benefits including health checks, insurance with top-ups, telemedicine, and flexible work options.You’ll have the opportunity to learn on one of the industry’s largest digital learning platforms, with access to 250,000+ courses and global certifications.About CapgeminiCapgemini is an AI-powered global business and technology transformation partner, delivering tangible business value.
