We are committed to fostering creativity and delivering exceptional storytelling experiences worldwide.Role OverviewThis is a remote (Work From Home) role for a Junior 3D Animator based in Kerala. You will be responsible for creating high-quality character animations and bringing vibrant narratives to life using Blender for our nursery rhymes and digital content.Artist’s Location: Candidates based in Kerala are preferred.What You'll DoAnimate to the Beat: Bring characters to life by animating them acting, dancing and performing rhythmic actions synchronized to nursery rhymes and background music, based on 2D animatics.Character Acting: Create clear, highly readable facial expressions (happy, sad, surprised, excited) tailored for a young digital audience.Camera Work: Implement camera framing and smooth camera movements to ensure clear visual storytelling without causing motion sickness.Location: Must be currently residing in Kerala.Must-HavesExperience: 6 months to 1 year of animation experience, with proven experience working in Blender.Animation Fundamentals: Solid understanding of body mechanics and the 12 Principles of Animation (with a specific focus on squash & stretch, exaggeration, and staging).Portfolio: A character acting portfolio or demo reel that showcases your technical skills and storytelling ability.Location: Must be currently residing in Kerala.Why join the SkyStories team?Join us to bring lovable characters to life for kids worldwide.
