Role: SAP ABAP Developer (with SAP BASIS Administration Experience)Location: Hyderabad (Hybrid)Years of experience needed - 12-15 yearsJob Summary:We are looking for an experienced ABAP/HANA Developer and should have strong hands-on expertise in SAP BASIS S/4HANA administration, system upgrades, migrations.This role involves end‑to‑end delivery of SAP technical projects, including system conversions, landscape design, HANA operations, and technical advisory support.Technical Skills:Strong hands-on experience with S/4HANA ABAP and Technical Delivery Management.5–7 years of experience in SAP Basis with deep expertise in S/4HANA administration.Strong consulting background with ability to offer technical advisory services.Deep understanding of SAP products, architecture, and landscape design principles.Real-world SAP HANA experience — at least one full end‑to‑end HANA implementation (not just a proof of concept).Proficiency in:SAP Landscape ArchitectureSAP System AdministrationSAP Upgrades & MigrationsHANA Installations & OperationsSAP HANA front-end toolsSAP Security featuresPreferred Qualification:Experience in large-scale SAP transformation or greenfield/brownfield S/4HANA projectsExposure to cloud platforms (Azure/AWS/GCP) for SAP hostingExperience with SAP Solution Manager, SAP FIORI, and system monitoring tools.Key Responsibilities:ECC to S/4HANA System Conversion:Work closely with Basis, Functional, and Data teams to execute end-to-end S/4HANA migration.Perform custom code remediation using SAP Readiness Check, Custom Code Analyzer, Quick Fix / ATC findings cleanup.Support simplification item assessments and technical changes.SAP ABAP Development:Develop, enhance, and optimize ABAP code compatible with S/4HANA.Troubleshoot, debug, and update legacy ECC customizations to meet S/4HANA standards.Optimize performance for HANA DB (HANA SQL, CDS views, AMDP)Data Migration Support:Work with tools such as SAP Migration Cockpit (LTMC/Direct Transfer), BAPIs/IDOCs & Custom migration programsSupport data validation, mapping, and reconciliation activities.S/4HANA Technology Enablement:Develop and maintain CDS Views, OData Services for Fiori/UI5 applications.Support integration scenarios impacted by S/4HANA conversion.Handle extensibility (In-App and Side‑by‑Side extensions).Technical Documentation & Collaboration:Prepare technical specifications, impact assessments, and migration documentation.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth conversion and cutover.Provide hypercare support post‑migration.Certifications Needed:SAP S/4HANA
