Our roadmap includes AI-driven compliance intelligence (AI TimeGuard) and an agentic-first engineering culture powered by our internal AI framework (“Neo”).We operate in a high-ownership, high-clarity environment where AI augments engineering workflows and accelerates structured execution.Role OverviewWe are hiring an execution-focused lead to own engineering delivery across frontend, backend, and QA teams.This role leads a high-functioning 10+ member engineering team through structured sprint execution, release predictability, and delivery discipline.You will work directly with the founders to translate strategic direction into structured execution plans and actively track roadmap progress end-to-end.This role manages the engineering & QA team and serves as the primary execution bridge between engineering, founders and customer success.This role owns product delivery, roadmap execution, and engineering reliability.Key ResponsibilitiesOwn end-to-end product roadmap tracking to ensure clear ownership and timely execution.Translate strategic product direction into clear execution roadmapsBreak initiatives into structured PRDs and sprint-level tasks (in collaboration with AI-assisted workflows)Own sprint planning, reviews, and delivery cadenceLead frontend, backend, and QA leads (direct reporting)Drive delivery predictability and release disciplineSystematically convert sales and customer feedback into structured product initiativesImprove engineering velocity using AI-native workflowsJoin enterprise customer conversations where deeper product clarity is requiredWhat We’re Looking For6 - 10 years total experienceExperience leading 7–15 member engineering teamsStrong background in B2B SaaS product deliveryProven track record of shipping high-quality releases in fast-paced, iterative environmentsStrong grasp of Agile principles and execution disciplineStructured, outcome-oriented mindsetComfortable in driving clarity across teamsExperience working closely with founders or leadership teamsFamiliarity with AI tools in engineering workflowsWhat This Role Is NotNot a coding-heavy IC roleNot a pure HR people managerNot a market-research-first PMThis role owns product delivery, roadmap execution, and engineering reliability.Why This Role MattersAs AI accelerates development velocity, clarity, coordination, and disciplined execution become the true differentiators.
