The Associate Director – Productivity Solutions & Innovation will lead the end‑to‑end transformation of enterprise productivity by building, scaling, and governing a portfolio of GenAI‑led automations, Agentic AI orchestrations, RPA solutions, and process optimization initiatives.This role combines deep hands‑on technical expertise with strategic leadership, ensuring modern automation and AI solutions deliver measurable business outcomes, scalability, and sustainable value.15+ years of overall experience with strong hands‑on delivery background in: RPA / Intelligent Automation (design, build, scale).Latest Agentic and AI‑driven automation solutions.Proven experience delivering enterprise‑scale automation and AI programs.Strong architectural understanding of automation platforms, AI pipelines, and orchestration layers.Ability to move seamlessly between hands‑on problem solving and strategic leadership.Strong Foundation / Good to HavePractical exposure to Process Mining and Task Mining tools and methodologies.Solid understanding of Lean, Six Sigma, or Continuous Improvement frameworks.Experience in outcome‑based delivery modeling (productivity, cost, quality).Exposure to regulated or complex enterprise environments (e.g., BFSI, insurance, large shared services).Leadership & Behavioral ExpectationsOutcome‑oriented, with the ability to translate technology into business value.Strong executive communication and stakeholder‑influencing skills.Comfortable operating in ambiguity and driving innovation with discipline.Role‑model for engineering excellence, quality mindset, and responsible AI adoption.
