This commitment to ongoing learning ensures that you can provide. the most innovative and effective solutions to our clients.We are looking for following skills in our new colleague.Should have Utilities Domain knowledgeDevelop, configure and Enhance SAP FSM modulesChecklist template design and development.Understanding of planning and dispatching, Activity Management and service call.Enhancement of FSM components – Creation of UDFs and UDOs and linkage of those with backends using enhance techniques.Business Rule creation.Good understanding of Inbound/Outbound flow from FSM to SAP.Design, develop, and support integration between SAP IS‑U and SAP FSM for: Service Orders (Installation, Replacement, Disconnection/Reconnection)Technical master data synchronization (Connection Objects, Premise, Device Locations) Work with IS‑U components: DM (Device Management) /SM (Service Management)PM/CS (Plant Maintenance/Customer Service)Proaxia FSM Connector / Good Knowledge in Proaxia IDoc types.Checklist template configurations (Posting, Prefilling etc.).Troubleshoot errors in IDocs, web services, or Proaxia middleware.Work experience in BADIs for the enhancements.Monitor inbound/outbound queues between SAP ECC/S4 Hana FSM.Must Haves:Strong technical skills in ABAP, CDS Views, OData, BADI, BAPI, RFC, and other SAP development tools and technologies.Experience in providing support including troubleshooting issues, resolving user problems, and performing system enhancements.Experience in analysing and understanding the existing processes and identify areas for improvement.Participate in End user training, System testing and Quality assurance activitiesFlexible to work in Implementation and AMS projectsAt least 2 Full life cycle FSM implementations projects.Utility Sector Exprnce / SAP ISU
