Role:Will you be interested to work with us? Are you looking for a global platform?• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues. If needed, replace faulty devices with spare stock.• Coordinate warranty repairs with OEMs & maintain local spare inventory.• Perform device imaging and deployment.• Have to update asset records in CMDB, and Track device assignments and movements.• Conduct periodic asset audits and Manage device lifecycle (deployment to disposal).• Provide hands-and-feet for data center tasks.• Assist network teams with physical equipment access. If needed, support infrastructure installations and upgrades.• Participate in P1/P2 incident resolution.• Pre-event equipment testing, and support on-site technical assistance during meetings.• have to perform AV equipment troubleshooting, meeting room checks (dedicated sites).Requirements:Candidate should have hands-on experience on deskside technical support.Experience in hardware troubleshooting and coordination with OEMs.Excellent time management skill.Experience in OS, Apps and H/W installation and troubleshooting depending on project products.Hands-and-feet support for Data Centers and Network infrastructure.IMACD services (Install, Move, Add, Change, Disposal).Support meeting room and AV equipment support.Benefits:Buddy programOnboarding programBe part of Us:Hemmersbach provides IT infrastructure services in more than 190 countries with 50 own subsidiaries.
