Team owns separate infrastructure (Kubernetes in Google Cloud) and has full independence in terms of choosing technologies and tools to use. WHAT YOU’LL DO: 1. Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) Testing Roadmap: Develop data driven hypothesis to optimize visitor journey and accelerate Website Conversions. Execute: Set-up high quality tests using tools like VWO, Optimizely, Google Optimize, etc. and monitor performance.Summarize: Package the outcomes, learnings, assessment and next steps to the stakeholders and management with clarity. User Research: Combine quantitative data with qualitative insights (GA4, Adobe Analytics, Hotjar, Microsoft Clarity, user interviews) to identify friction points in user journey, sign-up flow, etc.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Design and Engineering to ship high-impact landing pages and product-led growth (PLG) experiments.2. Digital Analytics & Tag Management Architecture & Deployment: Lead the strategy and implementation of tracking via Google Tag Manager (GTM), ensuring data integrity across all digital touchpoints.Full-Funnel Tracking: Tie top-of-funnel behavior to lower-funnel outcomes (MQL, SQL, Trial Starts, and Retention).3. Advanced BigQuery Data Management GA4 Bigquery : Own the GA4-to-BigQuery export. Work with Data Engineering team to ensure clean, complete and accurate data transmission from GA to BQ. Funnel Integration: Write SQL to merge digital behavior (web/app) with backend business data (CRM/Stripe) to map the complete /"Visitor-to-paid-Customer/" journey.Vizualization: Create sophisticated dashboards in Looker Studio, Tableau, or similar tools that track real-time experimentation impact.4. Predictive Modeling & Conversion Science Propensity Modeling: Build and deploy predictive models to identify /"high-intent/" cohorts based on digital footprints.A/B Test Forecasting: Move beyond standard reporting by using Bayesian or Frequentist frameworks to predict the long-term impact of CRO experiments on MRR.YOUR QUALIFICATIONS: UX principles – Strong understanding of user behavior, UX principlesWeb Analytics – A deep understanding that looks beyond signals to get to factors that is driving the behavior. Storytelling: Interpret data to tell a clear and consistent story.Data Governance: Clarity of data layer and standardized naming conventions to ensure the marketing and product teams are working with a single source of truthCRO – Experience with Web optimization tools like VWO, Google optimize, etc. Data Engineering (SQL/BQ): Expert-level SQL skills. Experience with BigQuery or scheduled queries to automate data transformations.Data Visualization: Mastery of Tableau, LookerPredictive Analytics: Foundational modelling experienceTag Management: Advanced GTM expertise, including Custom Templates, Data Layer pushes, and Server-Side tracking to mitigate signal loss (ITP/AD-blockers).
