Role: Salesforce Production Engineer (Immediate Joiner)Experience : 4+ years Location- Mumbai AiroliKey Responsibilities:Provide L2/L3 production support for Salesforce LOS applicationsTroubleshoot and resolve issues related to:Salesforce Flows, validation rules, approvalsData discrepancies and automation failuresSupport LOS processes:Loan applications, KYC, credit checks, underwriting, approvalsHandle incidents, service requests, and defects via JIRA/ServiceNowPerform minor enhancements (config changes, reports, dashboards)Support integrations with credit bureaus, KYC/AML, payment systemsAssist with UAT, deployments, and regression testingEnsure compliance with access control, audit, and change managementSalesforceMinimum 2+ years of hands-on Salesforce experience.Experience supporting Salesforce production environments.Strong understanding of Salesforce DBE (Database Extension) concepts.Strong hands-on with:Sales/Service CloudFlows, validation rules, approval processesReports & dashboardsWorking knowledge of Apex (debugging) and SOQLExperience supporting BFSI / Lending / LOS platformsDatabase & SystemsWorking knowledge of PostgreSQL for backend data management.Good understanding of Unix/Linux for system and server-level troubleshooting.Additional / Preferred ExperienceFamiliarity with ITIL framework (Incident, Problem, and Change Management).Experience with Application Performance Monitoring (APM) tools.Prior exposure to Lending Systems or Loan Origination Systems (LOS) is a strong advantage.
