RESPONSIBILITIESOwn end‑to‑end delivery for the OCD build and evolution scopeManage delivery planning, capacity, milestones, and dependenciesEnsure commitments on timelines, quality, and delivery objectives are metLead and manage offshore teams including backend developers and platform engineersDrive productivity, delivery discipline, and continuous improvementEnsure adherence to agreed development and delivery standardsAct as the single point of contact for European IT and CRM stakeholdersFacilitate regular progress reviews, reporting, and risk managementAlign delivery priorities with overall program and business objectivesCoordinate with teams working on:oSalesforce Marketing CloudoAdobe CampaignoGoogle Cloud Platform (GCP)Manage inter‑team dependencies within the wider CRM ecosystemEnsure compliance with security, architecture, and enterprise standardsEnforce non‑functional requirements (performance, scalability, reliability)Proactively manage risks and delivery issuesContinuously optimize delivery costs and team efficiencyTrack and improve productivity and delivery KPIsSupport scalable delivery models aligned with platform evolutionPROFILEMinimum 10 – 15 years of relevant experienceStrong experience in offshore IT delivery managementProven experience managing complex, multi‑team delivery programsComfortable operating in multi‑stakeholder and multi‑vendor setupsGood understanding and hands on experience with Azure‑based architecturesExperience with NoSQL platforms (e.g. MongoDB or similar)Experience with large‑scale CRM, data, or digital platformsAbility to work effectively with European stakeholdersStrong English communication skills (written and spoken)Confident interacting with senior IT and program leadership
