This role blends system architecture, AI agent orchestration, DevOps and customer experience (CX) design. You will be responsible for defining strategy, building capabilities and leading multi‑agent initiatives that leverage frameworks such as Microsoft AutoGen, Semantic Kernel, Agent Framework and LangChain. Experience deploying solutions on Azure, integrating low‑code orchestration platforms like n8n, and designing human‑in‑the‑loop portals is essential. A background in DXPs, CDPs, Data Science and MLOps is beneficial but secondary to your skills in system architecture and automation.What You Will Do:Architect end‑to‑end agentic AI solutions to automate business processes. Select and implement multi‑agent frameworks (AutoGen, Semantic Kernel, LangChain/LangGraph, etc.) and design scalable, secure workflows.Integrate orchestration platforms such as n8n or similar tools to connect agents with external APIs, databases and enterprise applications, including human‑approval steps.Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify high‑value use cases and deliver CX‑focused web applications and portals that incorporate human‑in‑the‑loop interactions.Build and operate AI pipelines on Azure, including model deployment, RAG pipelines, vector databases and CI/CD processes. Align with MLOps best practices for monitoring and governance.Implement security controls and mitigations across agent workflows. Perform adversarial testing, enforce least‑privilege access and ensure compliance with data‑privacy regulations.Conduct performance optimization and load testing of agentic applications, ensuring responsive user experiences. Monitor latency and scalability across cloud services.Design and refine structured prompts and context‑retrieval strategies (context engineering) to improve agent reasoning and output quality.Optionally, design and integrate knowledge graphs to enrich AI agents with structured domain knowledge.Lead cross‑functional teams, mentor engineers and collaborate with partners to drive innovation and thought leadership in agentic AI.Who You Are:10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 1 year leading AI/ML or automation projects.Hands‑on expertise with Azure cloud services, microservices architecture, and DevOps (CI/CD, IaC, monitoring).Proven experience with agentic AI frameworks (AutoGen, Semantic Kernel, LangChain, LangGraph or similar) and orchestration platforms like n8n.Strong programming skills in Python and familiarity with JavaScript/TypeScript. Comfortable working with REST, GraphQL and vector/graph databases.Knowledge of MLOps practices, model deployment and data pipelines; ability to collaborate with data scientists and ML engineers.Solid understanding of AI security, including security testing and ethical AI guidelines.Experience designing customer‑facing applications with human‑in‑the‑loop interactions and a focus on user experience.Excellent communication skills and the ability to translate technical concepts into business value.
