Role DetailsThe incumbent will be responsible for planning, executing, and managing marketing strategies to drive business growth, brand visibility, and customer acquisition across Wholesale Banking segments (including MSME, SME, Corporate, Agri, Trade Finance, Transaction Banking, and Specialised Lending) and other products within the bank.The role will work closely with Business Heads, Product Teams, Regional Sales Teams, and External Agencies to create impactful marketing campaigns, enable relationship managers, and strengthen the Bank’s positioning among corporate and institutional clients. The incumbent will ensure all marketing initiatives are aligned with business objectives, regulatory norms, and brand guidelines of the Bank.Overall Job Description: Product launches, ATL / BTL development and management, Events, Partnership/Sponsorships, Stake Holder ManagementDevelop and execute marketing strategies and campaigns for Wholesale Banking products and other products within the bank.Support all Brand Communication activities including ATL, BTL, Retail along various product launchesCampaign management support and development of creatives for various mediums as per business and marketing plan requirementInnovate Idea’s in all communication mediums & Develop new vendors for innovative branding solutions and cost optimizationEnsure compliance of brand guidelines in all communication (internal and external)Works directly with product teams to draft key communications plans.Creates and oversees content and provides direction to develop innovative, effective and engaging product communicationsServes as key liaison across product teams, ensuring consistency and standards for communications reaching external audiencesManage creative agencies and retainer partners and keep track of campaign and competition performanceEnsure quality of creative and content with adherence to brand ethos and narrativeRegulatory Communications – Act as a single point of contact for all creating Regulatory Communications for the BankExperience in agency and vendor managementPlan and execute events and partner‑led activations as per individual business and portfolio requirements.Education and Work Experience Requirements: EDUCATIONEssential requirement: GraduatePreferred: Post Graduate / MBAWORK EXPERIENCEEssential requirement: 7-8 years of Work ExperiencePreferred: Marketing Role in a Bank/Telecom/Insurance/Consumer Durable/FMCG.
