The role focuses on driving cost efficiency, supplier excellence, and procurement transformation across multiple categories and global markets.Key ResponsibilitiesLead transformation of the Strategic Sourcing function with focus on cost optimisation, sustainability, and innovationDefine and implement market-driven sourcing strategies across goods and services for hospitality and airline operationsAnalyse spend data to identify cost-saving opportunities, synergies, and procurement efficienciesLead vendor selection, contracting, and performance management in line with procurement policiesDevelop, track, and continuously improve vendor KPIs to drive performance, quality, and innovationManage procurement of OS&E, FF&E, CAPEX, and aviation/hospitality-related categoriesOversee e-procurement activities including RFIs, RFPs, tenders, contracting, and approvalsSupport pre-opening projects and ensure effective vendor deployment across new properties and operationsBuild strong relationships with business leaders to enhance value, quality, and service deliveryDevelop deep supplier market knowledge, build strategic alliances, and ensure compliance with procurement standardsSupport global procurement platform rollout, adoption, and process standardisationFrequent domestic and international travel for sourcing, vendor management, and project executionRequirementsStrong experience in procurement/sourcing within hospitality, airlines, aviation, or large-scale operationsProven expertise in vendor management, contract negotiation, and category managementStrong analytical skills with ability to drive cost optimisation through spend analysisExperience in OS&E, FF&E, CAPEX, and aviation/hospitality procurement preferredExcellent stakeholder management and communication skillsWillingness to travel extensively (India & international)Strategic mindset with strong execution capability
