The ideal candidate is a creative powerhouse with a passion for luxury menswear, bespoke tailoring, and an exceptional eye for detail. You will play a key role in shaping the aesthetic and product vision of The Man Project.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign original, premium menswear collections aligned with The Man Project's brand identity - Work closely with our master tailors and production teams on bespoke garment creation - Use digital tools (Procreate, Sketch) to create technical sketches and design concepts - Execute handwork including embroidery, detailing, and embellishments - Collaborate with the sales team to understand client preferences and translate them into design solutions - Present design concepts to clients and stakeholders with confidence - Stay ahead of luxury menswear trends and contribute fresh ideas to the brandQualifications & Skills RequiredMinimum 3 years of experience in fashion design, preferably in menswear or luxury apparel - Strong proficiency in Procreate and Sketch for digital design - Excellent handwork skills including embroidery and bespoke detailing - Experience working with or alongside a sales function — understanding client needs and commercial design thinking - Deep knowledge of fabrics, textiles, and bespoke tailoring techniques - Outstanding personality — warm, confident, client-facing, and a great team player - Strong creative vision with an impeccable sense of style and proportion - Fluent in English and Hindi (spoken and written) - Well-presented, with a polished and affluent personal style befitting a luxury brand - Strong sales acumen — ability to engage high-end clientele with confidence and warmthWhat We OfferA chance to be part of India's fastest growing luxury menswear brand - Creative freedom and ownership over your work - A collaborative and passionate team environment - Competitive compensation based on experience
