Our products are dermatologist backed, third party tested, androoted in research and our design language reflects that clean, clinical, credible, yet warmand aspirational.We are building a brand that feels scientific yet feminine, minimal yet powerful, clinicalyet culturally relevant.Role OverviewBe Bodywise is looking for a creative and performance-driven Video Editor and MotionGraphics Designer with 2 to 4 years of experience to create high quality, engaging videocontent across digital platforms. This role is for someone with an AI first approach tocontent creation, strong storytelling skills, and a proven portfolio of video edits and motiongraphics work.The selected candidate will report primarily to the Design Lead BeBodywise and workclosely with cross-functional teams.Key Responsibilities● Edit high performing videos for ads, social media, marketplaces, and brandcampaigns● Create motion graphics, animated text, product explainers, reels, and performancecreatives● Use AI tools to accelerate ideation, editing, asset generation, voice, captions, andproduction workflows● Collaborate with design, content, performance marketing, and brand teams to deliverplatform-first creatives● Adapt content for Meta, YouTube, website, and other digital channels● Maintain strong visual quality, pacing, branding, and storytelling across all outputs● Stay updated on content trends, editing styles, and AI enabled creative workflowsBrand and Visual Consistency● Maintain and evolve BeBodywise’s visual identity● Ensure consistency across digital and offline touchpoints● Uphold a clean, scientific, premium visual language● Translate business and product strategy into strong visual storytellingStakeholder Collaboration● Work closely with performance marketing, copywriters and category managers● Present design solutions confidently● Translate briefs into structured visual approaches● Iterate efficiently based on feedbackOwnership & Accountability● Manage multiple projects simultaneously● Take full ownership of assigned campaigns and timelines● Work independently without constant supervision● Proactively suggest improvements and creative optimizationsRequired Experience● Experience working with D2C, beauty, wellness, or consumer brands● Familiarity with performance marketing creatives and short-form video content forMeta and other digital platformsMust-Have Skills● Advanced proficiency in:○ Adobe Creative Suite○ AI (Higgsfield, Nano banana, Seeddance, Kling, etc.)● Strong typography and layout skills● Excellent understanding of composition, lighting, and product presentation● Ability to design for conversion (CTR-driven thinking)● High attention to detail● Strong communication and presentation skills● Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, feedback-heavy environmentThis Role Is NOT ForDesigners looking to switch domainsFreshersCandidates whose portfolios are primarily catering to app/web interfaces,dashboards, or wireframesWho Will Thrive in This Role● Self-driven and self-motivated● Takes feedback positively and iterates quickly● Strong sense of ownership● Thinks strategically, not just visually● Obsessed with quality and detail● Balances data and aesthetics confidently● Comfortable working full-time from officeEducationWe value skills and portfolio over formal education.Candidates from non-traditional educational backgrounds are encouraged to apply, providedtheir portfolio and experience demonstrate strong creative capability.Application RequirementsPlease share:● Portfolio link (mandatory)● 2 to 3 campaigns you have worked on with context● Your specific contribution to those campaigns● Experience managing junior designers (if applicable)● Tools you are proficient in (including 3D software, if any)Applications without a portfolio link will not be considered.
