Role Description We are seeking a Manhattan TMS Consultant for a full-time hybrid role based in Chennai, with flexibility for remote work. The Manhattan TMS Consultant will manage and optimize transportation management systems by implementing and customizing solutions to meet client requirements. Day-to-day responsibilities include system configuration, issue resolution, client interaction, and facilitating system enhancements. The role also involves analyzing business needs, providing technical expertise, and ensuring seamless transitions through testing, documentation, and training for end-users. Qualifications Proven expertise in Transportation Management Systems (TMS), specifically Manhattan TMS or similar platforms.Proficiency in system configuration, integration processes, and customization techniques.Experience in gathering and analyzing business requirements and translating them into actionable implementation strategies.Strong skills in problem-solving, issue resolution, and testing.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and clients.Ability to develop user documentation and provide training on TMS functionalities.Understanding of supply chain management and logistics processes is a plus.Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is preferred.
