Role OverviewAs a Full Stack Developer at Drip Capital, you will primarily focus on building and scaling backend systems while also contributing to frontend initiatives. This role is ideal for a strong backend engineer who can take ownership of frontend tasks to support product delivery and team velocity.Key ResponsibilitiesAs a Full Stack Developer, you will:Design, build, deploy, and maintain scalable backend services and APIsDevelop and maintain frontend components and user interfaces to deliver seamless user experiencesCollaborate closely with product managers, designers, and engineers to deliver end-to-end solutionsBuild risk modules that adapt to individual and market variationsCreate and enhance workflow automation systemsDebug and resolve issues across the full technology stackWrite clean, maintainable, and well-tested code across both backend and frontendRequired Qualifications3+ years of experience building scalable, reliable distributed systems with responsive frontend interfacesStrong problem-solving and communication skillsProficiency in at least one backend language: Ruby, Java, Python, Golang, C/C++, or similarExperience with backend frameworks such as Ruby on Rails, Spring, or similar MVC frameworksStrong understanding of relational databases, including SQL optimization, indexing, and schema designExperience designing and building APIs (RESTful APIs and/or GraphQL)Proficiency in core web technologies: HTML5, CSS3, SCSS, and modern JavaScript (ES6+)Hands-on experience with at least one modern frontend framework: React.js or Vue.jsExperience integrating with third-party applications and backend APIsUnderstanding of web performance optimization techniquesSolid grasp of software architecture fundamentals and UI/UX design principlesGood to Have:Experience with Ruby on RailsExperience with Nuxt.jsWhy Join Us?Opportunity to work with cutting-edge technology in the fintech spaceCollaborate with a talented and passionate teamCompetitive compensation and benefits packageA culture that values innovation, learning, and growth
