This is a senior,high-impact role that sits at the intersection of Presales, Solution Architecture, Proposal Development, and PracticeCapability Building. The ideal candidate will have deep Oracle Cloud functional and/or technical expertise — ideally acrossOracle Fusion (ERP, SCM, HCM, or EPM) — and the ability to translate complex business challenges into compelling, win-ready Oracle solutions.You will work closely with Jade Global's North America sales, delivery, and leadership teams to win deals, shape serviceofferings, build reusable IP, and grow the Oracle talent pipeline in India.Key Responsibilities1. Presales & Client Engagement▸ Serve as the primary Oracle solution subject-matter expert (SME) in presales engagements, responding to RFPs, RFIs,and client discovery calls.▸ Lead solution demonstrations, proof-of-concept (PoC) workshops, and executive-level presentations to prospectiveclients.▸ Collaborate with North America account executives and practice leads to qualify opportunities and shape go-to-market messaging.▸ Represent Jade Global's Oracle capabilities at industry events, Oracle partner summits, and client advisory sessions.▸ Build trusted advisor relationships with client business and IT stakeholders during presales cycles.2. Solutioning & Solution Architecture▸ Design end-to-end Oracle Cloud solution blueprints addressing client business requirements across Finance,Procurement, Supply Chain, HR, and/or Analytics domains.▸ Conduct fit-gap assessments, solution workshops, and architecture reviews aligned with Oracle Fusion best practices.▸ Define integration, migration, and extensibility strategies — including OIC, VBCS, OCI, and third-party ecosystemcomponents.▸ Advise on Oracle Redwood UI adoption, AI Agents, and emerging Oracle capabilities such as AIDP (AI Data Platform)and Oracle Analytics Cloud.▸ Develop solution narratives that are technically credible, business-outcome-oriented, and differentiated againstcompetition.3. Proposal Development & Deal Pursuit▸ Own the end-to-end proposal response process — from win strategy to executive summary to pricing rationale.▸ Craft high-quality, client-tailored proposal content including solution overviews, delivery approaches,implementation timelines, and team structures.▸ Develop and maintain a library of reusable proposal assets, case studies, solution accelerators, and competitivebattle cards.▸ Coordinate across delivery leads, architects, HR, and legal to produce complete, coherent, and compelling bids.▸ Conduct post-bid win/loss reviews to continuously sharpen Jade's proposal quality and positioning.4.
