You will be responsible for the accounting treatment of treasury activities including our In-House Bank, FX hedging program, and derivative instruments. This role is critical to ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance with IFRS standards as we centralize treasury operations across 40+ countries.What you’ll be doing:In-House Bank AccountingProcess daily intercompany lending/borrowing transactions and interest calculationsMaintain intercompany balance reconciliations across 28+ entitiesPrepare monthly IHB P&L and balance sheet reportingSupport cost allocation methodology implementationEnsure accurate D365 integration and journal entry processingFX & Derivatives AccountingExecute hedge accounting under IFRS 9 for cash flow hedgesProcess fair value hedge accounting for fair value hedges Maintain hedge effectiveness testing and documentationPrepare monthly hedge reserve movements and OCI reconciliationsSupport external audit requirements for derivative valuationsFinancial Reporting & CompliancePrepare monthly treasury MI including cash positions and facility utilizationSupport quarterly covenant compliance reporting to JPMorgan/CitiMaintain IFRS 7 financial instrument disclosuresAssist with transfer pricing documentation and arm's length complianceSupport EMIR/Dodd-Frank derivative reporting requirementsSystems & Process ImprovementSupport the TMS implementation and parallel runningMaintain current IHB module accounting interfacesDevelop automated reconciliation processesSupport Power BI treasury dashboard developmentSupport Power Automate developmentWhat we are looking forQualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) or equivalent experience5+ years treasury/financial accounting experience with derivatives knowledgeIFRS 9 hedge accounting experience - cash flow and fair value hedgesStrong Excel/systems skills - experience with ERP systems (D365 preferred)Multi-currency accounting experience in complex group structuresGood to haveTreasury Management System experience Python/SQL knowledge for data manipulationPower query, Power Automate, Power BIExperience with intercompany accounting and transfer pricingBig 4 audit experience with financial instrumentsInternational group accounting experienceWhat we offer: With us, there are always opportunities to break new ground.
