The ideal candidate should possess in-depth understanding of the complete semiconductor development lifecycle—from Architecture to GDSII—and demonstrate the ability to independently screen and assess technical profiles before presenting only well-aligned candidates to hiring managers.This role requires strong stakeholder management, technical screening capability, and vendor/subcontractor coordination experience within the semiconductor domain.Key ResponsibilitiesLead end-to-end hiring for semiconductor design roles through subcontractors and contingent staffing partners.Manage vendor relationships, performance tracking, and subcontractor pipeline development.Screen and evaluate technical profiles across semiconductor domains to ensure alignment with business requirements.Understand and assess roles across the full semiconductor lifecycle:Architecture & Micro-architectureRTL DesignDesign Verification (DV)DFTAnalog / AMS DesignPhysical Design (PD)Sign-off & Tape-outGDSII deliveryEnsure only technically qualified and requirement-aligned profiles are shared with hiring managers.Conduct detailed pre-screening discussions to validate technical depth, project exposure, tools expertise, and node experience.Partner closely with hiring managers to understand skill expectations, project scope, and urgency.Maintain strong TAT while ensuring quality of submissions.Track hiring metrics and provide regular updates on pipeline status.Required Skills & Expertise5–10 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, with strong focus on Semiconductor Design hiring.Hands-on experience managing subcontractor/contract hiring models.Strong understanding of the Semiconductor Design flow:Concept → Architecture → RTL → Verification → Physical Implementation → Sign-off → Tape-out → GDSII.Ability to screen profiles across:VLSI / SoC / ASICRTL / SystemVerilogUVM VerificationPhysical Design & STADFT (ATPG, MBIST/LBIST)Analog / AMSFoundry node exposure (e.g., 22nm, 40nm, 65nm, 180nm etc.)Strong stakeholder communication and negotiation skills.Experience working across Bangalore and/or Hyderabad semiconductor ecosystems preferred.Preferred AttributesExperience supporting ASIC Turnkey / Spec-to-Silicon programs.Knowledge of EDA tools (Synopsys, Cadence, Mentor flows).Exposure to niche and leadership semiconductor hiring.Strong analytical and decision-making ability in candidate evaluation.
