We are looking for a dynamic and student-focused Study Abroad Counselor to guide and support students in making informed decisions about their international education journey.Key Responsibilities:Provide expert counseling to students regarding study abroad opportunities, courses, universities, and countriesAssist students throughout the application process, including university selection, documentation, and submissionsGuide students on visa processes, admission requirements, and timelinesConduct one-on-one counseling sessions and group presentationsMaintain accurate student records and track progress using CRM systemsCoordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth processingStay updated with global education trends, university updates, and immigration policiesCreate a sales pipeline & convert leads to meet and exceed targetsComplete daily conversations goal through outbound calls on allocated leadsGuide students/parents for GMAT/GRE/SAT and Admission Consulting to enrol them in the relevant coaching preparation programsRequired Skills:Strong counseling, advisory, and decision-guiding skillsExcellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal abilitiesGood understanding of global education systems and application proceduresStrong organizational and time management skillsAbility to work independently as well as in a team environmentFamiliarity with CRM tools and educational technology is an added advantageQualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Education, Counseling, International Relations, or a related fieldPrior experience in student counseling, preferably in international education, is highly preferredBenefits:Attractive IncentivesPromising Career Path Options.Telephone Bill Reimbursement (as per policy)Medical Insurance (as per policy)Work Location – DelhiWork Timings (Flexible): 10:30 am - 7 pm / 11 am – 7:30 pmWorking Days: 6 days/weekHR Email-ID:
