Role Overview We are looking for a detail-oriented and execution-driven SEO Executive who will take complete ownership of the organic growth ecosystem across all brands. This individual will be responsible for implementing and managing all SEO-related activities, including keyword research, technical SEO, website SEO optimization, content SEO alignment, Google Analytics tracking, and search performance monitoring. The ideal candidate should possess both strategic SEO understanding and technical website knowledge, ensuring they can collaborate efficiently with the Business Manager, Content Writer, and WordPress Developer. This role is execution-heavy but requires analytical thinking to continuously optimize and improve organic performance Key Responsibilities The SEO Executive will be responsible for: SEO Strategy Execution Execute SEO strategies developed by the Business Manager Conduct in-depth keyword research for: Website pages Blogs Landing pages Social media captions/content alignment Technical SEO Management Perform technical SEO audits and identify optimization opportunities Ensure proper website indexing, crawlability, and search engine health Work with WordPress Developer to resolve technical SEO issues Analytics & Performance Tracking Set up and manage: Google Analytics Google Search Console Tag Manager / Tracking integrations Monitor SEO performance metrics regularly Prepare monthly SEO performance reports Content SEO Optimization Optimize blogs, articles, and website pages for SEO Recommend keyword implementation strategies to content team Ensure all content aligns with ranking and traffic goals Competitor & Market Analysis Conduct competitor benchmarking and SEO audits Identify opportunities for content and ranking improvements Expectations We expect this individual to: Be highly analytical and detail-oriented Have strong understanding of both on-page and off-page SEO Possess technical knowledge of: WordPress backend Website structures / URL mapping Meta implementation Sitemap / robots.txt / redirects Stay updated with latest SEO trends and Google algorithm changes Have proactive thinking and suggest organic growth opportunities KPIs The SEO Executive will be measured on: Organic Performance Increase in organic website traffic month-on-month Growth in keyword rankings across priority terms Improvement in website impressions/clicks Technical Health Website SEO audit score improvements Resolution of technical SEO issues within timelines Execution Efficiency Timely optimization of all pages/blogs/content Speed of implementation of SEO recommendations Reporting & Analysis Accuracy of reporting dashboards Monthly insights and recommendations shared
